is anybody else becoming vomitously sick of the styles, music, memes, and revolutions of this decade? i embrace what the 2010s has to offer me, because i'm fucking spent already. all this hipster canadian indie rock revolution ugg boots web 2.0 blogging global warming reality television war in iraq nonsense has made me apathetic. everyone dresses the same everyone talks the same every band sounds the same we are reaching maturation but why am i the only one who understands this? i don't fuckin care anymore, the drama sickens me, there is nothing to laugh at anymore, i'm not laughing anymore.
i think i'm going to start dressing like grace kelly. i am so fucking sick of this "everything goes!" fashion trend, where the more ridiculous the outfit, the better. we are repeating the 70s/80s but we're not even doing a good job at it. we are ugly posers who truly believe wearing three layers of tshirt and throwing a big-bead necklace around our heads will make us look like gorgeous original pieces of art.
