atanak sucks

that texupport place finally called me for an interview. their building resides in a really big soul-sucking section of the city called atanak, a suburb west of the city where the largesse of our IT companies call home.

texupport's building is huge (way way bigger than the dying beast we call CVG) and has a sinister colour scheme of blue, purple, and grey. it just emphasizes the drab dreary corporate hellishness that i have come to expect from these companies.

they made us do these stupid tests about computer repair shit, which i know next to nothing about, so i failed most of them. not that it really matters because shizzle who works there says all his coworkers are idiotic monkeys. the interviewer looked maybe only a few years older than me and seemed to be just going through the motions instead of having a real desire to work in the exciting field of human resources. she asked me all the obligatory crapshoot questions, and i gave all the obligatory bullshit answers. she said they'd call me. i said okay. i don't want this job.

i do want that camp counselor job, and they might be hiring at the end of june. let me put things in perspective:

texupport: long busride to corporate suburban hellhole, dealing with idiocy over the phone, trying to smash my head open via the cubicle wall, having to learn a bunch of technical jargon i don't need in my head, most likely evening hours and weekends.

kid science camp: working with kids doing crazy fun experiments, making $2 more, perfect summer job that ends mid-august which gives me ample time to go to BC like i promised my sister, will probably be much closer to home, basically being a kid and playing with goo all day, would look much better on my resume.

oh yeah that photography studio place called, i have an interview on thursday. i want this job but i don't know if i can do it since it only offers part time and i need some full time moolah. the best part is, they're located in walmarts all over the city. i don't know if the actual photography place hires me or if it's walmart, but regardless of that, it's awesome. i would have the best white trash customer stories.

okay yeah i know this post sucked considering how little i've been posting lately, but there's more coming, i've just been busy helping my boyfriend move and shit. today is biz-cas clothing shopping and unpacking day.
